Got a hole, a torn seam, or a loose drawstring? If your product is damaged but repairable, we’ll restore it, at no cost to you.

Thanks to our partnership with Tilli Paris, a network of nearly 100 expert artisans, we offer a full repair service for all our products.

CARE TIPS

Wash at a maximum of 30°C to preserve the fibers and save energy.
Avoid tumble drying, let air dry to extend the fabric's durability.
Use a gentle detergent, without fabric softener, to protect technical materials.
Wash your garments inside out to preserve prints and reduce wear.
Dry your garments flat rather than hanging to avoid deformation.
Do not iron technical garments, heat could damage the fibers.
Wash promptly after use, especially after intense sessions, to prevent sweat from setting in.

RECYCLING

At CIRCLE, every product is designed to be easy to dismantle and recycle. 

When repair or upcycling aren’t possible anymore, we opt for recycling as a last resort.

As a young brand, we can't fully close the loop yet, but you can bring your used gear back to our store.  We'll give it a new life, or recycle it into insulation material, making sure it never ends up in the trash.

Yes, repairs are free for our CIRCLE customers. This is made possible thanks to the “repair bonus” introduced by the French government, which CIRCLE also contributes to in order to cover the full cost.
