Introducing Manon

Today, we invite you to embark for 24 hours alongside Manon. She shows you her FEEL GOOD routine, her sports and eating habits, as well as her favorite places. Immerse yourself in his world and discover what makes his days tick.

Hello Manon, can you describe your typical day to us in a few words?

"My week is quite rhythmic and each day is busy. As a general rule, my days start with coaching from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. In the afternoon I take a two-hour break to take the time to train before to resume my evening coaching sessions, until 9:30 p.m..”

Can you describe your sports routine to us?

"Of course ! I train 5 days a week with a varied program, including CrossFit, weightlifting and strength training. Thursday is my active recovery day, where I focus on gentler sporting activities, like Pilates and mobility work. Sunday is OFF and rest day to allow complete recovery.

“I constantly try to vary the activities and combine dynamic training, calm practices and recovery to find the best balance”

What are you chasing, Manon?

Can you tell us more about what running brings you?

”I haven't done much running for two years now, but the discipline and regularity that it requires remain important values for me. What I look for in all my sporting activities is this discipline and regularity. The pace of training can sometimes be difficult to maintain, there are days when the desire and motivation are not present, even as a passionate coach. It is in these moments that discipline is important to stay on course, remain faithful to your objectives and above all not deviate from your programming.

Sport plays a central role in my life, allowing me to surpass myself daily, switching off and switching off my brain for a few hours.”

Can you share with us your tips for a good recovery?

”Of course, here are my three essential tips:
My number 1 tip: daily hydration.
Second, a healthy and sufficient diet.
Finally, a good sleep.
I recently added a pre-bed meditation session or personal development reading to my routine to promote restful sleep. Quality sleep really is the key to maintaining a high pace and ensuring optimal recovery between sessions.”

Can you share with us your favorite route for your sporting activity?

”For my training, I regularly attend the Paris Madeleine Sports Hall. And as for my favorite places in Paris, I love spending time at Parc Monceau and in Italian restaurants.”

Can you share with us your tips for a healthy and delicious diet?

"Absolutely ! I try to have a regular and balanced eating routine, including three meals a day. I add 2 snacks to this, one in the morning and one after my afternoon workout. I mainly cook at home, favoring organic products, very little meat and more and more plant-based proteins. I always make sure my plates are balanced with a mix of carbohydrates, proteins and vegetables.
And last tip, I always make sure to choose products with very little added sugar.”

In your opinion, what is the key to taking care of yourself and feeling good every day?

“I would simply say: “take the time”. I strive to carve out some time for myself, whether it's reading for just 10 or 15 minutes a day, taking care of my skin with skincare routines, eating a healthy diet, or working out. This balance allows me to feel good every day. We all have lives at 1000 miles per hour and we often find the excuse of “I don't have time” not to do things, but in my opinion, it is essential to take it, to optimize it and devote yourself to yourself.

Thanks to Manon for sharing her FEEL GOOD routine, her tips and her dynamism throughout the day!
We can't wait to try it out, and we hope you enjoy these tips as much as we do!
