COLLECTIVE

Circle is a collective of enthusiasts, an ecosystem of experts who share the desire to surpass themselves to innovate even more. The collective is the Circle team, our partners, our ambassadors and athletes. It is together that we test the performance and technicality of each product and it is together that we succeed in finding solutions to get around the obstacles.


WELL-BEING

Circle offers its employees a flexible work environment, designed to support both performance and personal well-being.

We firmly believe that the success of the company depends on the fulfillment of its teams, and we make it a priority to provide them with a positive and stimulating environment.

Today, we operate from 1 Rue de Marseille, in Paris’ 10th district, within a creative and committed space dedicated to sustainable fashion.

Running is either a shared passion or a budding interest for every Circle employee.

We strive to promote well-being and sports, regularly organizing race weekends to live out our shared passion and connect with our community.


TRANSPARENCY

We apply the same transparency with our clients as internally on the evolution of our projects. With our customers, we share our developments and future projects and share all manufacturing information to allow everyone to understand the number of stakeholders to develop and manufacture our products. Internally, we ensure that we adopt a management and internal communication method that is as transparent as possible. We do not have a traditional view of hierarchy and all voices are heard when it comes to making a key decision. Information must flow freely to enable the team to function properly and ensure fluid communication.


MOVEMENT

At Circle, sports practice is at the heart of our values. We offer and encourage each employee to practice and attend running classes accessible free of charge every week in our premises as well as advantageous rates to register for numerous sports classes in Paris.
